Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Balanzz, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to the Free, Pro, and Max plans alike.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Balanzz.Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions & billing

The Free plan is free forever. Pro and Max are paid plans, billed monthly or yearly, and they renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled.

Pro costs LKR 499/month or LKR 4,990/year, or US$2.99/month or US$29.99/year.Max costs LKR 1,499/month or LKR 14,990/year, or US$8.99/month or US$89.99/year.Each new account gets one free 14-day trial of Pro. We don't ask for payment details for it and charge nothing when it ends; the account moves to Free unless you've subscribed.You buy Pro and Max in the Balanzz Android app and pay through Google Play, at these prices in LKR or USD. They are sold only in Sri Lanka and the United States. A plan you buy there also applies when you use Balanzz on the web.

Cancellation & refunds

Manage and cancel your plan in Google Play → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.Refunds go through Google Play's refund process and follow Google Play's refund policy. A refunded purchase ends the plan it paid for straight away.Questions about a charge? Email support@balanzz.app.Deleting your account doesn't cancel a plan, so turn off auto-renew in Google Play first. Any paid time left on the plan then ends with your account. Acceptable use

Use Balanzz for lawful personal and household finance only. You may not:

Interfere with, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.Upload another person's data without their consent.Resell access or use the service to build a competing product.

Some of what you add is seen by other people: your name and photo, and the group names, expenses, and notes in settle-up groups you share. Don't add anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. You can report a person, a group, or a group expense, and block people, from inside the app. We may remove content that breaks these terms and suspend the accounts that added it.

Financial data & disclaimer

Balanzz is a tracking tool, not a financial adviser. Reports, forecasts, and insights are informational only and shouldn't be treated as investment, tax, or legal advice. You own the data you add and are responsible for its accuracy.

Intellectual property

Balanzz's software, design, and branding remain our property. Your records remain yours — we use them only to operate the service for you, never to train models or build advertising profiles.

Termination

You can close your account from Settings — if you have a paid plan, cancel it first, as set out under Cancellation & refunds. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, giving notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is deleted per our Privacy policy.

Changes, governing law & contact

We'll notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall to the courts of Colombo.
