Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Balanzz, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to the Free, Plus, and Family plans alike.

Your account

You must be 18 or older, or use Balanzz with a guardian's consent.Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions & billing

The Free plan is free forever. Plus (LKR 990/month) and Family (LKR 2,400/month) are billed monthly in LKR and renew automatically until canceled.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — effective at the end of the billing cycle.Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you haven't used paid features.

Acceptable use

Use Balanzz for lawful personal and household finance only. You may not:

Interfere with, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.Upload another person's data without their consent.Resell access or use the service to build a competing product.

Financial data & disclaimer

Balanzz is a tracking tool, not a financial adviser. Reports, forecasts, and insights are informational only and shouldn't be treated as investment, tax, or legal advice. You own the data you add and are responsible for its accuracy.

Intellectual property

Balanzz's software, design, and branding remain our property. Your records remain yours — we use them only to operate the service for you, never to train models or build advertising profiles.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, giving notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is deleted per our Privacy policy.

Changes, governing law & contact

We'll notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes fall to the courts of Colombo.
